or peoples that deal with a clear problem as if it is incomprehensible, but instead of acknowledging the truth, they are blind and creative in justifying it and the idea simply: If you discover that you are riding on a dead horse, the best and simplest solution is to get off it and leave it, but the reality is: There are people, institutions, or peoples who, instead of getting off the horse, take other measures, such as: 1. They come with a new saddle.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2. They bring fodder for the dead horse.<br \/>\n3_They change the knight who rides him.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">4_ They dismiss the employee who is taking care of him and bring in a new employee in his place.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">5_ They hold meetings to discuss procedures to increase the speed of the horse.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">6_ Forming committees and working teams to study the dead horse and analyze the issue from all aspects.
